Location needs clearer signage at entrance!!! The street's atmosphere is uninviting, and there's no secure mounting for the in-room safe. An added step for the elevator access could prevent confusion for newcomers!!!

The Family Suite was spacious, but the street noise kept me up all night.

Absolutely loved the beautiful, spacious Family Suite with lots of natural light. The stylish interior made the stay feel luxurious. Each day started perfectly with a great breakfast spread, featuring delicious Italian pastries and fresh fruits. Fulvio, the concierge, was incredibly welcoming and offered fantastic local restaurant recommendations, making us feel at home. The location couldn't be more ideal, right next to the Palermo Cathedral and a short stroll to major attractions like the Norman Palace. The main door, while stunning, is quite low, so tall folks should be careful. I found the air conditioning a bit noisy at times, especially from neighboring rooms. Other than that, every small detail contributed to a wonderful experience. We will definitely return!

I had an amazing stay with an exceptional room that was big and chic, and the hotel was just a short stroll from the cattedrale di palermo and massimo theater which made my city explorations even more enjoyable. every day began with the friendly staff who genuinely cared to make my experience memorable.

This place was just a suitable option for a short layover in Palermo with great value for the money. The staff was super friendly and even gave me great local dining recommendations. Be prepared for a bit of a walk from the parking area to the hotel.

vossia luxury rooms & sicilian living was a gem! the junior suite with balcony was spacious and elegantly designed, combining authentic sicilian decor with modern comforts. we loved relaxing in the hot tub, and the host shared great tips about local attractions, making our stay extra special.

Family with children great place!

The room was enormous, really felt like we were in another world with the antique decor! The breakfast was plentiful and they even prepared a little something extra for my kids. They went out of their way, one staff member gave us a tour of the local area and made sure we'd be good for dinner plans, which was nice.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but you get what you pay for.
